3. If you format your disk with mixed case, Photoshop (and other Adobe products) won't install or run. This little pissing contest has been going on for years. I wonder if CS4 will fix it. I'm betting no, but it gets released on November 7.
4. Why no desktop CPU boxen? Other than the Mac Pro, which uses a server CPU and its hot and expensive memory, the entire Apple line is laptops in different packaging. Probably they are afraid the Q6600 or Q9400 would cannibalize Mac Pro sales.
5. Please refresh the Mac Mini. Please. Please. How hard can it be people?
6. The buttons on the iPhone seem like an afterthought. Much easier to use the consistent "go back" button on Android.
